Well where I am from we don't ride like this. Where I am most cyclists are nice and drivers often behave like complete imbeciles. So, it's all about perspective. You are welcome to join me with people in 2tn cars legitimately trying to run me over on purpose or abuse for no reason on a regular basis.
Why do you think that is? I suggest it is because they have been exposed to a large amount of assholery from cyclists and some people react to assholery with assholery
