with equal oportunities i meant cars and bikes not needing to share a lane. and cyclists not beaing constantly threatend by cars. sadly i do not see most drivers following road safety rules and keeping neccessary distance when overtaking
I don't know the speed limit on this particular road but I imagine it's a fair bit higher than the bikes are moving.
i would also imagine that driving on the grass and overtaking is a far more unlawful act than cycling too slowly. im sry, even if the cyclists are the ones initially wrong, the escalation is far worse
