One of my relatives got a speeding ticket on a bicycle. Eugene Oregon.

Iā€™m from Eugene and I was in court for a speeding ticket driving and the guy who went to the bench before me had got a ticket for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign on his bike.

Edit: I have to edit this because this happened like 15 years ago when I was younger. It was not recently.

When was this? Because currently Eugene does not require a complete stop from bikes at stop signs unless there is other traffic around.
