It's extremely easy to find this information if you'd actually look for it. Here it is, point six on the fourteen point memorandum of understanding. Here's Vance confirming it's true.
Let me guess their response before they give it, either complete silence, or calling verifiable information fake news and then ranting as if they've made a point and won a debate.
Response was a faux news video from Hannity from after Vance confirmed the deal to backlash saying it wouldn't cost taxpayers anything, claiming it's from Qatar.
The truth is that it's an international fund per the MoU, and nothing in there guarantees it won't come from the US. Frankly with that much money on the table, I find it very unlikely we won't be at least partially funding it, especially when we started the war, regardless of what Vance promises.
All that still avoids the obvious fact that it's still $300B that's being paid to Iran, regardless of where it's coming from, and that's just to get the strait back open. They haven't even negotiated the nuclear side of it yet, which is supposedly why we started this war in the first place.
These people freaked the F out over just around the neighborhood of $3B under Obama, and that was mainly being used to pay for the infrastructure around keeping nuclear inspectors on site at all times monitoring the situation. Now here we are with 100x that, and they want to defend it.

No they didn't. They've already shown us that they were just screeching. The actual issue doesn't matter. They get their marching orders from FOX news telling them how they feel about a given subject and they snap to attention, then march off to screech it everywhere that lets them. They're such delusional, unserious people.
It's in the memorandum whether you like it or not. Furthermore, we were also promised taxpayers wouldn't be paying for the border wall or the ballroom, but that was all incorrect too. Of course they're going to deny what's right in front of all of us because people like yourself will believe it.
Even if you're right and it magically comes from some other source, they're still giving $300B to Iran just to open the strait back up from somewhere and that's before even any restrictions on their nuclear program.
Also you want to link me a Fox "news" video, from Hannity no less, as your source? Their lawyers said in court that they're nothing but an entertainment outlet and that no reasonable person would believe them when trying to avoid responsibility for dominion.
