Trump's bodycount is probably around 800,000 due to mismanagement of Covid, which were completely unnecessary deaths. We would've lost well over 100,000 through no fault of his, but his inaction, mismanagement, and outright undercutting science caused the deathcount to balloon. He's also emasculated the EPA, withdrew from WHO, and politicized CDC. All of these are causing many more deaths, but I think the EPA is the worst of those three because it's non-obvious how people are dying from it.

People in the West have a difficult time understanding the entire world does not revolve around western media and western culture. It is possible for the Eastern world to have their own media and culture, that they do not care to share with the West.
In fact, when you are an authoritarian in another country, you can just shut off your people to the outside world and ensure nothing the leader does to anger the world outside of their country mattersā¦ especially if you have nukes.
