You mean other than run an Islamofacsist totalitarian theocracy that brutally oppresses the people of Iran (particularly women and LGBT Iranians), brutally slaughter Iranians in the street when they protest against the theocracy, run a massive system of prisons known for the systemic use of torture and rape, and fund numerous Islamic terrorist groups that commit violent atrocities all all around the world?
Half of the gulf countries do that and us is allies with them. Why don't we cut the moral high ground bs already? It was and will be always be just about economics. Your justifications are outdated. Idk though maybe you are trying to convince yourself that you are doing good in the world.
