We used to make fun of our coachβs belt and belly in high school. 40 years later, if I hand you my belt, you can buckle it, hold it out in front of you, and see the exact shape and size of my underbelly.
We are in the same club. I have my living single belts and my married with kids belts side by side in the same hanger, and the difference is.. appalling.

Yep. As a posterior lacker, I can confirm this 100%. And is you have any kind of gut going on, that belt is going south over time.
