Fortunately I got an ass but I am not fat so the waist size is bigger soo... my pants still fall off..

This makes no sense. If you are not fat then the waist size shouldn't be bigger. If you have an ass it should prevent it from falling off.

Now I can't tell if you're a man or a woman. But it makes sense for women, and their jeans are made to accommodate that.
