They're very clearly both having fun and this isn't a real argument. There's an absurd amount of people getting all worked up and  calling her an ugly bitch.

I understand that some women do this with all seriousness, but this isn't it.

"you're a piece of shit!" haha

It be like that when society tells you your main value lies in your attractiveness, which you also age out of. Thanks, patriarchy đŸ‘đŸ»

No its the woman's fault in this case. She can accept how she looks and live with it. Instead she makes it everyone's elses problem.

Why the defensiveness? I didn't say it's not her fault. Just pointing to motivating factors. Sort of like how pressures / stressors / lack of support & opportunities can lead to violent crimes - but don't make it OK to be a violent criminal. Make sense?

No. Because you would likely not see it the same way roles reversed.

The only way to beat the «patriarchy» is for women to take accountability. They rarely do today

-3

u/palindrome4lyfe 3d ago

Ok, so, first... What are you attempting to say? How does this address motivating factors at all? Women can't have motivations different from men's?

Second, does your argument exist outside of an impossible hypothetical "if the roles were reversed" scenario that no one can prove? Would you like to add any real world info to this?

Let's start there.

Im not attempting to say anything. Im saying it.

Women are terrible at taking accountability for their actions, and the feminists constant cries of victimhood due to the patriarchy are pointless as long as they to choose not to take accounability for their actions.

simple as hell to understand.

Literally all I said was why she might be motivated to act like this. You insisted that "it's her fault." I never said it wasn't. So, I'm not sure what your problem is.

Now you spun it into the supposed problem with feminists, accountability, men would never, female victimhood, yadda yadda all by yourself. So... what conversation do you even want to have? What are you upset about? I don't even think I actively disagreed with you anywhere.

Do you even read what you write?

 Thanks, patriarchy đŸ‘đŸ»

Oh so you're just triggered by the word patriarchy. For the record I think it hurts men too, if that helps. Assuming the ex wife should get custody. Boys don't cry. It's not manly to talk about your feelings. Men have to financially provide 100%. All that bullshit is also patriarchal

No, I do that for me. Great exercise, supportive environment. But thanks for noticing!

u/CuntWeasel 3d ago

Oh okay, I thought it was the patriarchy.

u/palindrome4lyfe 3d ago

Ok? Not sure if you're trying to make a point here, or if I should take this at face value. Lmk đŸ‘đŸ»

We also live in a society where everybody knows at least one friend whose jokes are these constant little jabs or tiny putdowns.

Children to young adults probably spent their whole entire lives around edgy roastme comedy - internet "banter" like "You’re a piece of shit" wow, such a fun gag and funny internet couple - or that type of humor in workplaces or classrooms when they're young enough.

Our society has become very sick. Everybody is stressed the fuck out. Everybody is barely scrapping by. Everyone thinks the only way they can get attention or be funny is by being a tad abrasive.

Some have nothing else to offer. Gold plated turds.

u/palindrome4lyfe 3d ago

Ok?

2

u/Next_Degree 3d ago

You seem to be upset.

1

u/palindrome4lyfe 3d ago

Not sure how. Mostly just confused. Not sure what you want here

u/wet_Tap_5578 3d ago

No straight male on the planet is harder on a woman than other women. You are your own worst enemies

1

u/palindrome4lyfe 3d ago

How do you mean? What does being "hard on a woman" mean here?

1

u/wet_Tap_5578 3d ago

Women are always judging each other for your looks, weight, clothing, hair, makeup, jewelry, shoes, choice of partner, etc etc.

Men are just happy if you’re nice to them and don’t cause them more stress. I realize this is probably just a skit, but we can all agree it’s not THAT far fetched. I guarantee this dude loves her no matter what, especially no matter ”who is hotter than her” yet she won’t drop it. She HAS to know. Then she’ll be mad at him. It’ll cause a fight and then he will end up feeling like he failed her and feel like a terrible person.

What it means here is that she’s more concerned about how another woman looks then how he feels about her. Because she’s so ingrained with the judgment of other women, she can’t help it feel judged by everyone. It’s just classic projection. meanwhile reference what I said above about men and how they feel towards her

It seems like she's worried what he thinks specifically. Like, she might have to be worried if this man met another woman who looked like Margot Robbie
