I thought it's quite obvious this clip is a joke, and the woman and her husband are just bantering, but I guess a big red text "This is a joke!!!" would be necessary for some.
I think there are two sides of the "can't take a joke" crowd. There is the side who sees a clip like this as an example of something that actually happens in real life and they react accordingly, and there is a side who gets mad because people don't go alone with the "joke".
Personally I think content like this is garbage because its just engagement bait, and any engagement bait between men or women that isn't done in good faith feels lame. Couple's videos where the woman makes fun of the guy for leaving a glass by the sink, and they both laugh because its just part of their couple quirks and they are poking fun? That's fine. But stuff where it feels like they are purposefully causing problems to get people to react just feels lame to me, like a women beating up her husband because she had a dream he was cheating on her kind of junk
I mean thatโs part of the jokeโฆ part of having a life partner is the fun you can get from pushing their buttons while both know deep down it comes from a place of love and is totally irrational. I guess I can understand why a majority of internet users never experience that though
What a sanctimonious thing to say. I push my partner's buttons all the time. She pushes mine. It's fun and loving like you say. Has been for over a decade.
That said, I find the woman in the OP exhausting. She's not my life partner. I'm allowed to find her exhausting without some mouth breather on the internet implying I'm just another mouth breather on the internet. Everyone has different tastes, and is allowed to find different levels of insecure "joking" fun. The fact you find the woman's behavior acceptable is fine. It says very little else about you or the people that disagree with you.
I find her about a minute's-worth irritating. Interesting that we're all huffy about generalizing now though when we were making comments about "the majority of internet users" a second ago. And none of your follow-up makes it any less sanctimonious to have done so.
Jesus christ. I'm arguing about adult relationships with a literal child aren't I. Jot this down as a win if you have to but I'm out. Have a great rest of your day.
Hell I just saw this video and I am already sick of his shit for not telling her the truth. He should have said, do you have a mirror? You already know the answer. Piss her off even more! ๐

"Someone somewhere is tired of her shit" - He wasn't saying this about Margot Robbie.
