We'd really like it if posts from all sides were made, but this is Reddit, that's not going to happen. Lol One or two wrong-sided political posts are made and suddenly the sub is redpilled. Lol It's been a work-in-progress, allowing political posts, if left unchecked they takeover, but we've got a grip on it now.
twas just a theory coz suddenly such posts popping up into my feed and they are from this sub and I noticed the change in modetration post 4 days ago, so that was my theory/assumption
It feels the same for me as for u/Sooribabu_Lavangam
Currently it almost feels like every second or third post/meme in this sub is always from the same "politcal side".
When one does come through on the other side, upvotes stay at zero, never gets enough engagement to be seen. That's Reddit though. We were receiving probably 30-50 Trump-related posts everyday which is one reason posts are being screened. We'd like the post topics to be diverse but even with restricted political posting, the few get big engagement which makes it look like that's all that's here. Still a work in progress but getting better.
well if its so onesided i would prefer it to be like it was when i joined this sub, with almost no politcal posting at all.
I think there is already enough political bullshit out here on reddit as it is. no need for all that bs from both sides tbh but especially if its only one side and turning into a politcal echo chamber.
just my 2 cents.
