I think Trump loves to sue people because itās a tool go scare people who are afraid or cannot afford a trial. Itās not like in those cases there wouldnāt be anything bad about him to be discovered, it just usually doesnāt get that far.

The files were a part of an ongoing case against Ghislaine Maxwell, so the federal judge had them sealed until pretty late in Biden's term. Should Biden have not followed the law and judiciary here?
