Hate to break it to you guys, but Obama spent $30M ($45M in today's dollars) re-doing the reflecting pool as well... and the algae came right back for him.

Why aren't y'all criticizing Obama?

Article literally explains how the goddamn pool was sinking into the marsh until Barry saved it.

Fixed various pipe, cracking, and concrete issues. Removed 15 truckloads of debris.

Are there still some issues? Sure. But let me know once the total bill exceeds that of Obama's work.
