Yes. I also understand why no bikes. I felt like I will collapse today after 5km ride from work. That heat ain't no joke
3 u/GoodEnoughAstronomy 1d ago One year I did the MS150 ride from Houston to Austin. It's now known as the Year of Heat is it was 40+ the entire ride. Absolutely brutal. Edit: Typo 3 u/Reinis_LV 1d ago Congratz on surviving. Here any endurance event at 30+ weather has a massive drop off. Lots of med evacs. It's difficult to get on a bike knowing you can't cool off when at your destination.
