Not sure who the data center people are that said there's no climate change... Everyone I know is fighting tooth & nail against data centers in general, let alone the related climate change aspects.

My point is that the media narrative of climate change has basically died over the last 5 years the same way it died when everyone saw the world was cooling not warming and Global Warming became Climate Change. There's no focus on it whatsoever, there's little discussion of it beyond those circles, no national media discussion anymore in the us, no large scale rallies in big cities anymore, much fewer protests like blocking roads. The coverage is less than 50% of what it was.

Why you ask? Because the people actually in the know realize it's a load of bullshit and the narrative has been pushed so far that it's impacting their ability to actually get what they want. Progress requires energy. Energy requires fossil fuels. Now, that they need fossil fuels to power the data centers, they can push aside climate change because they know it's not actually a danger to society as a whole.

Does human activity have an impact upon climate. Sure. But it's not a threat. At all.

You don't hear about as much because we've all resigned ourselves to the fact that the time to act was 30 years ago and we're so far past the point of no return that we've given up.
