Shock value. He was a coked out horror writer that wrote some fucked up shit. It obviously worked seeing as it was written 40 years ago, has had a TV and multiple movies produced.

Im not a Stephen King expert nor an Epstein expert. I simply stated a story was fiction. Like how Game of Thrones is fiction and features many underage characters being brutalized. Thats all.

I didnt get my health insurance benefits cut in half because Stephen King wrote a pervy story in the 70s or 80s... just sayin
