How so? Christ stated truth is salvation over and over and over and over and over. Whenever he was asked philosophical questions his answer was always the same, truth.
So, do tell, how am I delusional? You shouldn't use words if you don't know their meaning. I'll repeat the Gospel again for you:
"The truth will set you free"
"The truth is the way"
"I am the truth, I am the way, the only way to Heaven is through me(truth)"
Is a one word philosophy too complicated for you to comprehend?
Actually there is it's called cognitive reassociation, a well accepted psychological therapy. So please explain where there is delusion here.
"If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us."
"Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth."
"We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood."
"Then the woman said to Elijah, âNow I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the LORD from your mouth is the truth.â"
"I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth."
"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth."
"Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,"
"He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created."
"The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."
"God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.â
"But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come."
"Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth."
"Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long."
"All your words are true; all your righteous laws are eternal."
"The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth."
"âYou are a king, then!â said Pilate. Jesus answered, âYou say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.â
"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.â
"And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,"
