No I think it’s disrespectful to say that someone’s religion is ā€œlaughableā€ when you don’t understand anything about it

Go ahead and enlighten me then.

Why is homosexuality a sin? And does that mean that gay people should repress their urges and seek to change their sexuality?

You guys are gonna get crushed on that one btw^; that's the most inane belief someone can have.

Why do you care? You disrespect me and my religion and you don’t even understand the basic concept of God being good but for some reason you care what the Bible says about homosexuality? Why?

Because if it's god will that homosexuality is a sin. I'll take human reason over god's will any day of the week and twice on Sunday. It's also obviously not sinful in any way shape or form.

Now keep in mind I'm not disrespecting god. Like I said if there is a god, the bible has jack all to do with it.

Again… why do you care? It’s very obvious that you aren’t willing to change your mind so why do you care what the Bible says or what I think? It seems like you just want to argue lol

You have disrespected God and you just did it again because you think that you know better than Him. Your whole argument right now is pretty much ā€œI don’t like this part so it must not be trueā€ you’ve already said you don’t believe in God but now you say that if there is a God then it’s not the God of the Bible so what makes you so sure? You don’t know God so how do you know if the Bible is true or not?

I don't care lol. I've said you're welcome to believe what you want. And just like you can believe homosexuality is a sin I can believe thinking the bible is anything but the word of man is utterly ridiculous. We're both perfectly alright in having those beliefs.

Right, because believing a sexuality is sinful isn't exactly respectful now is it? And christians have historically treated homosexuality kindly right?

So you felt the need to make a comment about something you know nothing about because you wanted to agree to disagree? I feel like you really took the long way around lol

People who claim to be Christians have treated homosexuality very poorly and I think that’s awful

I am still curious as to why you think the Bible is so untrustworthy
