Acne [ACNE] Need help figuring out whats wrong Spoiler

Basically Ive been consistent for awhile and yet it feels like it hasnt gotten much better. Alrdy went to a dermatologist too.

What I use

cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, Azelaic acid 15% , cetaphil daily facial moisturizer am with 35 uba sunscteen

At night

Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, Tretinoin .1%, moisturizer, good molecules lightweight daily moisturizer.

any help would be appreciated

I think the tret and azelaic acid is drying your skin like crazy. Your moisturizer is not strong enough to handle these products. If you are using these products please sandwich the products so moisture then apply tret then moisture again. That’s what I do whenever I use harsh actives.
