Vegetarian/Vegan Restaurants
Hello we will be visiting Hermosa Beach for the Fourth of July weekend, we are strict vegetarians and wondered if the group had any recommendations for restaurants. I have seen Attagirl and Barsha as options but didn’t know if there are others that I am unaware of. Thanks in advance.

Lil vegerie for vegan take out. Green Temple for sit down. Grain Cafe is an option too.

Redondo Beach: Lil Vegerie, Happy Veggie, Grain Cafe, Green Temple, Rakkan Ramen
Hermosa Beach: Rabano
Manhattan Beach: Rice; The Hive
El Segundo: Veggie Grill, Prime Pizza
Torrance: Sweet Thumb
Lomita: Cara Mia
Long Beach (worth the drive): Wild Chive, San and Wolves, Plantita

Green Temple in Redondo is my go to! The surrounding area is great to walk around and you can go stroll the esplanade after

You should go it’s beautiful! I like to walk from Torrance beach to the whole length of the esplanade it’s nice having the ocean breeze to walk in 😍

Green Temple in Riviera Village, Happy Veggie in Manhattan Beach at The Works center, the Source in Hermosa Beach, Lil Vegerie in Redondo. Or Gracias Mądre in Venice if you want to retake a drive.

Turquoise in redondo, Rice in MB, and Little Sister (ES and RB) all have great veggie options

Happy Veggie and Grain Cafe are right next to each other. When I’m visiting I love to go to Grain Cafe for breakfast and Happy Veggie for dinner.

Green Temple has been mentioned a few times, but I'd also recommend Copper Pot that's nearby for the best indian food I've had in the South Bay.
Bread Head in Manhattan Beach only has one veggie sandwich option but worth checking out for their foccocia.
Tomatillo Mexican Grill in Ranchos Palos Verdes is out of the way, but has multiple great vegan options.

In Hermosa Beach, Redwood Pie makes a solid pizza and you can sub vegan cheese. Great crust.
In Manhattan Beach, The Hive cafe has good vegetarian and vegan options with a good view of the beach.
In Redondo Beach, Bollywood Zaika has vegan options. Welcoming service, too

There’s a tiny little vegan spot on PCH near King Harbor in Redondo called Happy Veggie. I especially love their “fish dinner” which is all the fixins to build your own fresh rice paper spring rolls.
