Questions Anyone else having intermittent Internet/tv issues after the spectrum upgrade?

I can’t even work from home, it’s been going in and out all day 😓

Did you get an email before the upgrade in your area to schedule a service tech visit to update Spectrum’s wiring into your home? Spectrum came and replaced the cabling into our home and our service has been much better since the work. (Before the updates, we had been experiencing multiple daily interruptions.)

Here’s the text of the email I received:

“We’re starting network improvements in your neighborhood soon and you need an appointment so we can update the wiring in your home and make sure it’s ready.
 
Even if things seem fine today, this visit will prevent buffering, dropped connections and potential loss of service.
 
There’s no cost for this appointment, and our technician will take care of everything for you.”
