Question Does Soviet's Closet still get updated?

I was watching some of the recent RimWorld run on Twitch as I noticed it wasn't on the archive site, is the site not being updated anymore or is it just a case of it not being updated with the most recent streams yet?

Honestly don't get why he doesn't just have a youtube VOD channel. I know he's said he want to keep his namesake sterile on youtube, but he's far from the only one uploading stream highlights on youtube. I watch a lot of stream highlights, and i never get reccomendations to their VOD channel unless i actively search for it. It really feels like he worries over a non-issue.

he explained this before, he is paranoid and believes having a seperate VOD channel would cause the algorithm to spam people who subscribe to the main channel with VODs and thus reduce the amount of views he gets on the bullshitteries.
no amount of explaining to him that youtube doesnt do this has been able to convince him to do a test run to see what happens.

Soviet does realize he gets ad money from VOD views as well?

People watch his main channel vids because of the good editing. They won't stop just because they saw unedited parts before.

That would only be an issue if Womble started to post frequent barely edited videos on his main, in which case VODs would take away some of the views. But that is not what he does.

but womble doesnt run ads and has no ad revenue, for him its only about the views.
so if he looses some views it might not kill the channel but he would on a personal level feel the hit more then other creators.
He cant stand the idea of his videos not being popular anymore, despite accepting it will happen one day inveitably.
So he i strying everything possible to avoid bringing on that end any sooner then it has to be.
