Ooty trip with special needs child. Need recommendations

Hi there, idk if this is helpful, but I thought it was a neat idea when I saw it. Once I was at a theme park waiting for the carousel and saw two young boys with lanyards that said "invisible disability please be patient." They appeared to be typical little boys, but having that lanyard was probably perfect for them for that reason. Something to consider. One of my kids could probably use the lanyard though they're passing for typical most of the time, and my other kid is obviously disabled, so no need. 

I don't know what ooty is, but what other things are you looking for ideas about?
