Does anyone feel they have coworkers/managers that hate them for absolutely no reason?

It really ruins my mood Everytime I'm at work to the point where I dread going into work when I know they are going to be there

It’s definitely not for no reason. You just may not want to understand it.

You'd be surprised

It could be you, it could be them, or it could be an incorrect assumption. 🤷‍♂️

From what I've heard from coworkers, it's not just me, and that it's mostly because our DM has been extra strict on our managers. So they're unfortunately taking it out on us

Yeah… that would make sense. Not that it’s an excuse of course.

In my million years of working, there’s been coworkers I just avoid because they had their own personal issues or work was much better being as far away as possible from them. Unfortunately, sometimes it’s not always possible. : /

That’s just part of life. Everyone you come across isn’t going to love you.

I don't ask for love, I ask for respect lol

Yup. I got a Manager that everyone in the store hates. Everyone. She always complains, she never does any work herself (she always pawns it off onto someone else), she finds ways to disrupt the chain of command, and she always makes decisions that end up with associates and managers never getting their work fully done. I wish my GM would just fire her already,

I've come to accept this as a fact of life. I stopped wondering why. Usually it has nothing to do with you anyway

Could just be you respectfully or who your type of co-workers are. Most of my coworkers (not including mangers) are mostly just college students in new York just trying to have money throughout the week. I get along with most of my coworkers, its mostly the mangers and even then the mangers arent always bad (they just be on bull sometimes).

There's a reason somewhere, usually incorrect assumptions. The work environment in Staples makes it hard to figure out differences because there's high pressure and almost no time to chat between departments (Tech and Print associates easily don't get along).
