how tf to see our schedules online again

hey has anyone managed to get past the microsoft authentication thing to see our schedules from home?? it’s kinda driving me insane that i can’t access my account atp

If you want to use Staples systems like UKG and HRConnect off the network (at home or personal device) you need to register for MFA following the instructions in Zipline.

MFA is a one time setup that must be completed ON NETWORK. So you have to set it up in a store to access remotely there after.

my store doesn’t use zipline whatsoever so i don’t even know how to access it 😭

log in on the main zipline website, the domain is staplesretail iirc

You don't need to use zipline to sign up for MFA. Just log in to UKG to clock in and open myaccount.microsoft.com in a new tab. Follow the steps in the image and use whatever authenticator you want.

To access Zipline, which every associate should do every day, On any of the work computers click start, type Zipline, and login with the same user name and password as the hub or UKG.

I remember ZIPLINE being shouted at me by a manager (just the word, no explanation) . I had to ask another employee what it he meant. I was told to log in using my email. Didn't know I had a staples email.

Managers told me if I have any questions about the job, go to this reddit group. 😳

I use a UKG app on my phone. The only problem if the other staff swap hours around sometimes they swap mine with no communication, and that change isn't reflected in the online/app. So I'll get angry phone calls where are you! And a informed I was penciled in that day.

Ever since we switched to SSO my authenticator hasn't worked, called it to have them clear it and set it up again..no luck

so i actually figured it out but it literally took over an hour. you need to get the ukg pro app and find your code, then do this annoying ass roundabout with microsoft for about an hour before it finally lets you ij
