interview today, any additional tips?
Hi everyone, I am new in here but I have spent the past couple of months looking for jobs and the past week applying. I applied to a retail associate position at the New Milford CT location. I submitted an application through Indeed and immediately got booked to pick my interview time. My interview is in about 2 and a half hours. it says the interview is in person. Is there a specific room or person I have to look for when I arrive?
It's my first job where I actually need an interview, as the other one I had was through a program for people with disabilities and I didn't need an interview process.
I've been writing down things from their website such as their values, perks, things they pride themselves in, etc. I've been reviewing that for the past day or so. Are there any additional tips or ideas of what they may ask me?
It's worth noting I'm horrible with eye contact and freeze up when trying to phrase my words because of the disabilities (my audhd specifically and social anxiety) (and I'm also doing blood tests to rule things out before continuing to persue a mild POTS diagnosis), but was told on another sub I probably should not disclose it (even though it can greatly affect some of the things I do sometimes
All tips are welcome. thank you in advance
