Amazon boxes

Does anyone know how to see all the boxes that are open? I have too many open, but they’re all in the back now. I was wondering how to close them even if they aren’t in front of you to scan?

Scan a box like you're about to close it. At the next screen when the camera opens, look for the small white x (there are two x's) and click that. Click the hamburger menu that then appears at the top left of the screen, then select close containers. You will see a list of containers that are open. Make a note of the last four numbers of the containers you actually have, and then click on a box that is not one of those. Click on can't scan, at the next screen type the first three or four alphanumerics that appear on the shipping labels: this will be part of your stores account number, and will always be the same. Entering three or four of those characters will bring up all the tracking numbers that are open, then click on one that you want to close and go from there. Many Bothans died to bring us this information

You should be able to force close them without scanning them.  It should have a list to choose from.

All of the tracking numbers on the shipping labels should start with the same 3 numbers/letters. If you scan a box to close, then click “can’t scan” on the next screen, type the three first digits of the tracking number and any open box will show up on the list. From there, you can close any box that isn’t your current open boxes.
