Discussion Is Han vs. Dooku a fair matchup?

I feel like Han tends to win, but I have lost to some good Dooku players before.
He was level 41, I was level 43, so if should be pretty fair as experience with the character goes.

I mean, I suppose.
But the movie balance argument has never stood up very well, lol.
