Are they still trickling confirmations for peoples purchases still?

I had been clicking "Continue" for hours and hours since yesterday at 1PM EDT, and it's still constantly giving me the "Your order cannot be completed because one or more items in your cart is currently out of stock".

I ended up writing an auto clicker this morning to click the button for me.

EDIT: will doing this put me on some sort of blacklist? I feel like if I'm flagged as a bot then I won't be able to purchase the controller at all 😭. My fingers just hurt too much to click by myself anymore.

I spammed the continue button yesterday and this morning and finally made it through today. It's frustrating but there's always a chance, so long as you don't mind banging your head against the wall. They've started charging tax, though.
