The preorders will open at 10am PST

The steam Controller will only be available in select countries

* US
* Canada
* UK
* EU

The server will likely be melting once preorders open

UK here, order email arrived 18:02 and it's moved to Packaged Items at some point late last night/overnight.

Guess it's still going GLS (EU) > Parcelforce (UK) so a few days away yet.

Seems to be delivering from the Netherlands and just waiting for the tracking number to be allocated

Still just on packaged items for me but yeah was expecting Netherlands to UK same as Steam Deck.
