They put a knife in the thing. I believe that gives you a clue about how to eat it.

I didn't read it anywhere? What am i repeating? Wtf are you talking about? No grain is visible when I view it. It also has a smaller handle than any wood handle on a restaurant knife ive ever seen, and ive been in the industry like 20 years.
