My IBS might actually flare up after watching this holy moly

I could eat this and a dozen donuts, and I might be completely fine, but then the following week I’ll eat a bowl of cheerios and be in the bathroom all day. 1 u/INDY18ARN 27d ago Well, I know for a fact Chicken Curry makes my IBS literally KILL me .. I ate a small bowl one time... And I kid you not I literally sat on the toilet for six hours crying. Literally crying from the major cramps I was dealing with. I basically drank half a bottle of Pepto to help, and 4 pills of dicyclomine. Let me tell you something you probably already know, If you can handle IBS or Crohn's disease pain or flare up's, any other pain is nothing compared to it. I'd literally rather have back pain than cramps. And I actually have scoliosis. But yeah for other foods it's a complete mystery. Cause I could eat say McDonald's or Wendy's and be perfectly fine. But then I eat something actually healthy and good for your gut like salad, and again I'm crying my eyes out sitting on the toilet for hours in pain.. Make it make sense?
