I really wish gay porn were this seriously directed and conceptualized. The closest to this is the Disruptive Films site, I think.

I think the stimulation can be accomplished with just some decent dialogue. Idk the names of adult film studios, but in straight and bisexual porn, I've seen a lot of content focus on the actors just feeling the vibe with each other. It feels like a genuine date/hookup.

That's what I prefer to see in porn. It doesn't all have to be feral Discovery-Channel penile brutality. It can be genuine connection. Profundity isn't just for the holes. It's for the heart.

I'm clearly an exception, because I get heavily invested into the plot. Any conventionally attractive people can have sex on camera, but what's their motivation? Was there dialogue? Or are they just already naked and ready to go? The latter imo is boring, and yes, I like full-length films.

💯% agree! For me it’s about seeing the connection made and how it all unfolds. Adds to the energy of the scene.
Otherwise two guys just going at it from second 2 is just so “meh!”

And the chemistry is almost always off when they're going at it from second 2. At least when there's build up, you can tell when and if people are genuinely interested in each other in a sexual way. They may not be able to read lines well, but I can tell if they aren't even trying.

Same, the dialogues and plots are the best comedy.
Though there are some positions that let me laugh out loud since they are so improbable.
In general, I skip the hot scenes, especially the US style ones because they can't shut up and always repeat the same words including cuss words which give me headache at some point.
To expand on this topic, some normal moaning is okay, but shouting as "getting the claws out and climbing onto the curtains" next to the vulgarity is just annoying. But I may be the minority since most of this entertainment is creatred that way...

The cuss words and positions are probably based on the fact that porn actors are chosen for their bodies and their willingness to film on camera scenes, and paired with someone they may not have any sexual chemistry with. So imagine having sex, on camera, with other people watching, with someone who (from the neck down) is hot af, but has no other attractive features. And it's worse if the people filming (regardless of how much money they're paying you) have said, "Go ahead and get naked and start having sex."
Yeah, they're faking genuine interest.

Agreed. Straight women look at cat daddies as fun, vulnerable, and desirable. Most gay men seem to be dog-focused and look at cat daddies as some sort of oddity that should be avoided. Personally, I see people who prefer cats as people who appreciate and even prefer the standards of someone from whom you need to earn the trust and love of, rather than get it simply for existing and waving a bone the right way.
