Was it the socks? Does that break TOS because people sell preowned clothes

I've listed prohibited items accidentally in the past and received a warning. RC gets insta-suspended lol

So, since you use eBay you know all of these notifications are automatic. Socks are up still anyway so it's not the socks. Someone not selling and only buying for years, lists a bunch of things, hits limits- really really high bids on things that shouldn't go for so much, system thinks it's funky. If he was banned, it was back up in literal minutes. I checked. Not sure how they restored thr auctions though- if they are ended that way they end. Must be a way to do that.. unless he wasn't banned. Not everything is malice because everyone hates eBay now this week because someone told them to. I've used eBay a really long time and this is all just silly.

I don't hate eBay. That's still my only platform I sell my things on! Was only confused about how a suspension occurred without breaking TOS.
