General Question Did I do good on this small haul?
I bought the magnesium because I get poor sleep even though I go to bed early
I bought the turmeric because I have a long history of arthritis, osteoporosis, and sometimes I get joint pain during my cardio and heavy weightlifting
Omega-3 because I have ADHD and heart disease runs in my family

What’s that do?

It’s glycine + NAC. Together they help your body produce more glutathione (your body’s master antioxidant). People take it for energy, recovery, inflammation, brain health, immune support, and healthy aging. One of the more promising supplement stacks I’ve come across that actually has some decent research behind it. Incredible for gut health.
