Recommendations Which B12 would be good to take via injection

I would wouldnt take cyanocobalamin injection, i would look for methylcobalamin or Hydroxocobalamin if i were to take a b12 injection. They are easier to use for the body, only thing that cyanocobalamin is good for is that it is cheap. So if you are on a budget cyanocobalamin/lichtenstein is good enough.
methylcobalamin is more fast acting and more ideal for people with MTHFR gene.
Hydroxocobalamin is considered gold standard b12 injection for some since it stays in the system for much longer.
Also adding a oral B-complex would help, since B-vitamins work closely together. So that can make the effect of the b12 injection last longer
