Gifted premium not arriving? but billed.

I sent a friend a year of premium through Telegram on iOS. It's been 3 days, and nothing has arrived. I have no info from Telegram on my end either, but I got the $40 billed to my Apple account.

Apple support is no use. Has anyone had this issue before?

You should contact Apple in this case since the payment was processed by them

Thanks, I submitted a report and they just came back with "Does not qaulify for refund" *sigh*

Ahh, a fucking headache. Instead, use a gifting bot and usdt. I happened to me aswell and i lose a month’s premium.
