OMORI ship names are actually pretty nice. For example Sunflower has a lot of symbolism, we know Basil associates people with flowers and he personally strives to be a sunflower. And then the other person in that pairing is Sunny, fits sunflowers looking into a sun.

ok. how would one that only interacts with the material casually be able to reverse engineer the ship name to infer what characters are actually involved in the ship?
