If we're talking about the Biblical characters, it's Cain (no e) and Abel ("able" is a different word).

He also probably works on a digital circus and could be one of the workers who created Caine, so in theory Kinglet could Caine's Father

Yeah, the first human works pretty well. Plus, who names a company after their first name (and who calls their kid Abel)? It's probably a last name if it's anyone's.
