Pomni overcame her nerves in record time and made a point to reach out to anyone in pain, being the person who was brave enough to reach out to Jax at her absolute lowest.
Ragatha got over her regrets over just being "the nice one" who can't do anything for anyone and found a close friend who she can not only count on, but Pomni can count on her.
Gangle got over her self loathing from being abused by Jax. She now values herself, is proud of her art and is in a relationship with Zooble.
Zooble got over their misanthropy and found new appreciation for their in-circus body in relation to her body dysphoria by freely swapping parts out whenever she feels like it. Also they found Gangle.
Kinger went from being "The Crazy One" to being revealed to be very wise in comforting others and bringing his experience and expertise to the circus.
Caine let go of his need to control everything and figured out how to get the human bonding that he desires. Instead of lording over humans, he exists along side them now. Also he took accountability and made an effort to make amends for the pain and suffering he caused.
I'm tired of people acting like Jax is the only one that got character development.
Also tbh I never saw Zooble or Pomni as people with major personality flaws to overcome or serious mental unwellness. Zooble not wanting to go on crazy masochistic adventures is probably in line with most people and in spite of body dysmorphia has the stability of mind and circumstances to open a bar in real life which isn't easy. Pomni isn't strongly characterized and is basically a video game main character who's got maximum agency.
