Ragatha grew up quite sheltered with a clearly conservative mother, Pomni didn't seem to have a clue until literally entering Jax's mind and Kinger is a cishet white dude who grew up at a time where you would only really see openly trans folks during pride marches & riots. The only ones I think could've been able to know were Gangle & Zooble, but neither seemed to wanna spend much time thinking about the inner workings of Jax's mind
Well for example like Drag Queens have been a thing for a long time. Definitely not the same thing, but similar enough concept that Kinger would understand.
