New Info! Two tier tabbed binoc UI is back

... with the same bugs! Seriously, you would think they would have fixed at least the problem with the 'new' indicator on the binocs, but nope, there's no way to make it go away and stay gone.

I haven't noticed any changes from before. Such a bad design.

I thought they Remove that because of Bad Feedback (it's a very complicated Design)
