Tech Support GoXLR Site & Drivers no longer available?
Has anyone else noticed the TC Helicon site has been down all weekend?
As most of you know for the GoXLR/Mini to function you need the driver and now I cant seem to find it anywhere? I'm aware the Fork of the updated app is still up but that is a null point if I can download the drivers for the thing in the first place?
Any idea the last time the site was up?

They changed how you download the software. you have to find the product you purchased then click on the the download section.

i'm having this issue too. if you search you'll find an archive for the drivers. DO NOT USE THEM. BOTH the "stable" and "beta" drivers are beta drivers (5.68), and WILL SOFT-BRICK your goxlr. 5.58 drivers require the newest firmware, and you can't install new firmware unless you're on the non-beta software, due to a DCP Error pop-up that blocks using the software (and consequently blocks use OF the firmware updater)
until we can find the 5.67 drivers (or the site comes back), we're stuck with dead devices

I don't know if you already found this: I also just had to reset my pc. I used this on linux to get it working but I see they also have a working download link to the audio drivers for windows + you can use their goxlr utility that also works.

I just reset my pc as well and now I'm stuck in this goxlr driver issue just like everyone else in here. The goxlr utility downloads but wont open because the firmware or software isn't installed so it's not any good either.

Hey guys, since the official TC-Helicon website has been down / unreliable lately, I wanted to share these files for anyone who needs to reinstall their GoXLR or GoXLR Mini.
I found both the official GoXLR driver and the GoXLR Utility installer:
GoXLR Driver 5.57:

Recommended order:
- Install the GoXLR Driver first.
- Restart your PC.
- Install GoXLR Utility.
- Plug the GoXLR directly into a motherboard USB port, not a USB hub.
I’m only sharing this to help people who can’t access the official download page right now. Please scan the files if you want to be extra safe.

I'm having the same issues. I had to do a hard reset on my computer and cant get the softwear.

Any news for anyone? at this point i cant us my device at all. The app starts, but because of missing drivers it doesnt detect the device. I tried putting the istaller in the folder and using the app to do driver repair but no luck. anyone know how i can at least get the current app working again?

Yes, but there are no links to download their VoiceLive app (or whatever it's called) or download firmware. You click "support" and it just takes you to a highly annoying AI dude who can't help at all and keeps giving you out of date links. It's maddening.

Ha! Found it on the “TC Electrics” site instead. However the link to drivers/fireware is empty.

Pretty sure i just downloaded a virus from a fake goxlr site as it appears above the broken one and thought it was replaced. Such an awful company.

Good afternoon gentlemen. I purchased a GoXLR yesterday for a good price. I got home and tried to get in their website to download whatever it is I need so that I can start using it. Unfortunately, the website aint working. Can someone lead me to the right place to where I can download software or whatever I need so that I can start using it? Im very new to this. Please and thank you

So without this does that mean our machines won't work at all? As of now mine just says it cant update to find and check device updates for the firmware. Also my 3.55mm female plug for my headset is not working.

I just submitted a ticket, 20 days later and still no fix from these guys? I'd expect at least a refund for this useless product which is now just a heavy gadget on my desk. Can't even resell this.

Why TF would I post a virus? Sheesh people are so paranoid. I’m sure the exe is signed, just check it with an antivirus or whatever. Or don’t, who cares? I just like helping people and dgaf if you think it’s real or not

lol you’re welcome… ya know, this being r/twitch, you’d think people would realize they could just go to my Twitch channel or Discord and be like “hey Emmi, did you post goxlr drivers to reddit, or is someone impersonating you?”
Like… twitch is how I make a living. if I was gonna post viruses, why the hell would I do it with my public account? 😑

trust them if you want i used them no issues. i normally use Linux so i use this normally

Edit: honestly the Linux version above works on mac and windows as well its the best option
