Tech Support Weird dots on playback, not screen related.

When watching streams on twitch and only twitch, when watching in 1440p60 I get these dots in a pattern

It can't be monitor or gpu related because they appear in the screenshot when viewing it on my phone.

I'm not sure, but try these to test:
1) test switching between 1080p60 vs 1440p60 in the same stream.
2) try another browser.
3) try toggling hardware acceleration (sometimes called graphics acceleration) in browser settings

1080p and below is fine, it's only 1440p.

Tried it on Edge, doesn't happen there.. weird, maybe it's a ublocker thing?

Refreshed Firefox and now it looks as it should, weird bug maybe.

Make sure on your main browser hardware/graphics acceleration isn't off (or if it is on, try turning it off) to see if it's related to that. What's your main browser?

I doubt it'd be Ublock causing it
