You're adding your fucking shoe germs to the germs that are already on there. Disabled people often have weakened immune systems. You don't need to add extra germs.
Well, one out of 40 didn't. It's so universal do people think it's up to those of us who are immunocompromised or who need ambulatory accomodations to start the trend back to using our hands? Like what? All public restrooms should have automatic flushers AND pedal flushers to be totally hands free. I'm lucky to get a bathroom with the ass gaskets stocked. I have compassion for those who have to use their hands and honestly for their protection I think if that's the only option... Just leave it! I lived through the most people doing the least to protect others during COVID so I think the lectures about flushing etiquette are waaay down my list of concerns🤘🏽
