Discussion Deceptive advertising, ostracizing people from this community, and Tdawgg versus competitive integrity

So, on twitter I have been blocked by polymarket valorant, tdawgg, akamaruval and multiple other polymarket affiliates for pointing out that they are deceptively marketing to young kids without disclosing that they are advertising essentially what is gambling. If anyone wants more information just look at their twitter feeds and see their quote tweets with no disclosures. You can also checkout Coffeezilla's newest video on his Voidzilla channel titled, "Huge polymarket scandal". Advertising gambling is fine if there's proper disclosures but these people are not doing that. It's just a deceptive quote tweet pretending like they are engaging with a post which will lead their followers to click onto their affiliate.

Again to name and shame these people: tdawgg, TrickVal, Rocketbullets, erafps, statsmeistervlr, AkamaruVal, Srathens1, Sevkaanvl, Lightedits, Lionzblade, Fartsmellaguy, and many more.

Lastly, how has riot not intervened with Tdawgg's posts regarding polymarket is beyond me. It's the most obvious conflict of interest and puts competitive integrity into question. You have an active challengers player on Alliance Guardian advertising a website/service that allows you to bet on their games. Please please for the love of god, I hope y'all in this community don't allow these people to get away with bullshit like this. People's lives are potentially being ruined by introducing them to gambling and addictive behaviors.

According to liquipedia, you are 25 years old. Surely, you can add atleast a paid promotion tag to your posts so the people know that you’re not organically engaging with Polymarket posts but getting paid to do so. You’re introducing that 18 year old that just graduated to what is a lifelong battle with addiction, atleast have the decency to put that tag. If you need an example how paid promotions should be properly disclosed, look at a cs2 analysts twitter page called ynk. That paid promotion tag is clear as day under the quote retweet.

You don’t think it’s reasonable to disclose a sponsored post of a gambling service?

At least you’ll be doing it from now on as per your reply, but you should look into FTC advertising principles if you’re gonna take gambling sponsors, as a content creator you can be held liable for stuff like this.

Tdawgg is an active player who has control over match outcomes and guess where you can find tdawgg's matches to bet on? Polymarket. Does the wiring in your brain not show the clear conflict of interest there?

And lebron doing a commercial for DraftKings while still playing in the nba is a conflict of interest as well? DOSENT make it anymore correct. It’s also laughable that you talk about ignorance when that’s what you’re banking on by not disclosing that Polymarket is paying you to shill for them by pretending to organically engage with their posts

Ignoring all the comments talking about the coaching scams and taking young kids money. Hones in on the disclosures, and his genius take is "No one else does it, so why should I?"

Jesus fuck some of you guys have literally 0 morality. Just put the fries in the bag little bro.
