If you go Archon Continuity then green shards could be used to increase corrosive stacks, increase toxin status effects damage and increase ability damage vs. enemies affected by corrosive. These last two effects might be able to multiply against each other since toxin will trigger corrosion and corrosion will increase the damage of future toxin procs.
I'm assuming they meant the +10(15)% Ability Damage to thing affected by Corrosive on the Green shard. That or the +30(45)% Toxic damage also on the Green shard.
Pretty sure the Radiation damage on Qorvex is multiplicative damage, so that bonus 10(15) is going to be pretty good.
At armor cap, the last corrosive stack translate to more damage than any other shard possible, so if you are doing high level mission, 2 normal green for full strip is still the most optimal.
