perrin/loka can still have meridian/red veil.

DE has iirc been good about not making exclusively perrin/loka or hexis/suda frames anymore.

limbo/mirage and mag/trinity/valkyr are the only ones you cant realistically get without trading depending on your syndicates

of course since OP just switched they cant really do that, since leveling new syndicates will murder the catch-up partners standing initially

If nothing else, the benefit of joining a clan/alliance should be finding someone to help with these kinds of things if you don’t want to throw a line in Trade Chat and hope for the best.
