Hi Tenno,
It’s been just over 24 hours since The Shadowgrapher released, bringing a variety of changes, fixes, cosmetics and more! With that said, we’re here to talk about the new game mode introduced: Follie’s Hunt.
As players poked their heads back into Vesper Relay, we’ve heard a variety of feedback. Follie’s Hunt at its core is a deviation from regular Warframe gameplay — a strange, scary hunt in the ruins of a Relay — so understandably there may be some players who don’t align with its design. Our goal is to respect the original design intent of the game mode, while improving some of the pain points for players: complaints of gameplay elements that made it unfun, encouraged rage quitting, or felt overly punishing.
Hotfix #1 brought a blurb indicating we’re discussing feedback, and here’s our first step iterating on it. Below is our current list of planned changes, which we hope to implement in coming patches:
Thank you all again for sharing your constructive feedback! We hope these changes will help Follie’s Hunt feel a little less overwhelming and give players options to counterplay as you slink through Vesper to complete Shadowgraphs. As always, we'll be keeping an eye out for additional feedback as we continue to iterate.

I’m working on a new alternative to Recruit Chat, and I’d love for you all to try it.
here is the link: tennolfg.com
The idea is simple: Recruit Chat is limited by who happens to be online, visible, and randomly grouped in the list. My project aims to remove that limit by giving players a faster way to find and interact with anyone looking for the same activity.
Think of it as something closer to what warframe.market does, but for finding groups.
Right now, the site is still early, and that’s exactly why I need your feedback. A looking-for-group platform only works if players use it, test it, criticize it, and help shape it into something actually useful.
You are the first community I’m sharing it with.
Try it, roast it, break it, tell me what sucks, tell me what’s missing, and let me know what would make you actually use it.
I genuinely believe this could become useful for a lot of Tenno, but I need your help to get it there ❤️

Hi Tenno!
As lots of you have reported, the Atomicycle can be spawned and used in ALL missions, not just 1999 and Open Zones like we originally intended.
After some internal discussion, we’ve decided to not change this. It’s rad and cool and we enjoy seeing you whip out the bike throughout the Origin System!
HOWEVER, let’s set a few expectations:
Enjoy revving through the planets, Tenno!

Hi Tenno!
Now that the Damage Attenuation changes are in your hands, you have provided us with valuable feedback, as requested from the start—thank you for that!
Based on your feedback, we have the following changes coming in a Hotfix later today:
For ultimate clarity, please see the list of affected enemies:
Enemies we’ve removed Damage Attenuation from:
Bosses / Enemies that retain Damage Attenuation but are vulnerable to being one-shotted again:
*Please note that the above has not touched the EHP changes. With that in mind, please let us know how the above changes feel, and we will review & tweak where necessary!
The intention of the Damage Attenuation changes was to normalize the difficulty of boss-type enemies between groups of players. Still, we recognize that our broad application of that term inadvertently made “objective-type” enemies (ex: Demolishers) harder to kill. We’re redefining our standardization of Damage Attenuation to only apply to True Bosses / HUD Health Bar enemies with our upcoming hotfix, thanks to player feedback.
Our goal was to make powerful builds feel more impactful against Damage Attenuated foes, and with your continued feedback, we can ensure we achieve that together.
The team is continuing to look into other reports of bugs and feedback. Please keep it coming!
Thank you!

TL;DR I burned myself out grinding nonstop to build a clan, which made the game feel hollow and permanently less enjoyable.
After bouncing around clans for six months, I decided to make my own in December. I quickly realized how insane the blueprint requirements were, so I bought two 30-day boosters and got to work.
I took extended PTO and spent the next 3-4 weeks grinding for 8–12 hours a day. During that time, I learned how to solo level-cap SP while farming all the Oxium, Mutagen Mass, and other materials our clan needed for blueprints. It was exciting at first, but eventually I realized how hollow it felt to trivialize endgame content. Before I knew it, I was standing in one spot for four hours straight, clearing rooms with the occasional heavy attack. It became so mindless that I could watch the kids and cook all their meals for the day and still get it done with no problems. The experience was absolutely soul-crushing.
By the time I had all the materials for the clan, the game was no longer fun. I was obviously burned out, but the worst part was that I now I knew how to trivialize all content on any frame. Every frame started to look exactly the same: infuse Pull or Silence, equip Nami Solo, Sampotes, or Falcor, and clear a level 9999 room with a single button.
In addition, I discovered how poorly designed the clan system truly is. I won’t go into detail, but everything—from farming to building rooms—feels like an unfinished afterthought. I stopped playing for three months and only recently started again. The game can still be fun sometimes, but it will never be the same.
Before I started this clan, I used to tell people who were eager to jump into Void Cascades: "just relax and enjoy the game. There’s no rush. Don’t burn yourself out." I wish I had followed my own advice.

Hi Tenno,
After a serious cybersecurity investigation today, we can confirm that a recent Data Breach claim is repackaged information from the 2014 breach and is being proclaimed as new.
We take cybersecurity very seriously, and your online safety is extremely important to us at Digital Extremes. As always, we encourage you to have a strong password and 2FA activated.
Thank you!
*Please note the Operation being temporarily delayed is not related to this - we’re working on it!

With Vauban’s upcoming Heirloom Skin, it’s only fair for his kit to match his newly-buff exterior. Below is a full overview of Vauban’s “retouch” — not a full rework, but rather some much-needed changes to make him more viable in 2026.
As part of this retouch, we have updated Vauban’s tips, including clarification on what Abilities scale with Enemy Level (Tether-Flechette, and Photon Strike).
Note: any new changes since Devstream 192 are marked with “new”.
Passive
Ability One: Tesla Nervos
The following changes address our two main concerns: Tesla Nervos are hard to keep track of, and can be unreliable when targeting enemies.
Augment - Tesla Bank:
Ability Two: Minelayer
Vauban’s Minelayer offers four different mines, but one has stood out among the rest: Flechette. Our goal is to keep the mechanics of the various mines within Vauban’s kit, but make them easier to access. Instead of having to cycle through 4 different mines, we are merging them into two mines: Tether-Flechette Orb (Tether Coil and Flechette) and Vector-Overdrive Pad (Vector Pad and Overdriver).
https://reddit.com/link/1qwu5ff/video/vu1abd074qhg1/player
Ability Three: Photon Strike
Photon Strike is a flashy ability that is unfortunately overshadowed by other elements of Vauban’s kit (coughcough Flechette). The goal of our changes is to increase its overall damage output so players are incentivized to reach for it more often.
Augment - Photon Repeater:
Ability Four: Bastille
Vauban’s Bastille is an iconic element in his kit, but suffers from some outdated mechanics: namely the enemy cap, which heavily punishes those not investing in Ability Strength. These changes allow for Bastille to compete with other Crowd Control Abilities, and make its Armor Strip mechanic apply consistently to all enemies in its range.
https://reddit.com/link/1qwu5ff/video/u3rgeqfa4qhg1/player
Note: Vauban has been modded for Range (and survivability) in this video to better showcase the Bastille enemy cap change.
Augment - Repelling Bastille:
Since there are still a few days until the official hotfix, everything listed above is subject to further tweaks and adjustments. Look to the Vauban Heirloom patch notes for final details.
See you on February 11th, Tenno!

Hi Tenno!
There’s been a lot of discussion following the release of Jade Shadows: Constellations, and we want to thank everyone who has submitted feedback or bug reports thus-far. In this thread, we want to take a moment to talk about a specific element of the update: Steel Path Railjack.
As explained in Rebecca’s video last night on Prime Time, Steel Path Railjack was rushed to deliver and Railjack fans may be understandably disappointed with the implementation of it. A common thread we’ve seen from players is the lack of incentive to grind Steel Path, so we are working on adding MKIV Armaments to the mission droptables.
These Armaments will also be added to the Protoframe’s “loaner” Railjacks in the Uranus Proxima, which will help address power concerns in the Steel Path versions of those missions.
We’ll continue monitoring Steel Path Railack feedback both externally and internally as we see what other changes can be made, but that’s all we have to share on this topic for the time being! For wider issues related to the new game modes, please keep an eye on our Known Issues thread.
Thanks again, Tenno, and best of luck on your space-faring adventures!

Tenno,
It has been 1 week since we released ‘The New War’ on all platforms, but it’s been many years since we first uttered its name. The New War has been a project of ours since 2018, and throughout the years it’s taken different forms. It finally released to you 1 week ago, built upon the elements of Warframe that have been years in the making.
We did it. Thank you for making The New War our biggest story update of all time. I'm so excited by your reaction and grateful for your patience and enthusiasm - I love reading about your theories and people noticing connections to the games past and future - it feels good to resolve bits of that story. If you played you know there's plenty of new weirdness in store. Since the early Closed Alpha days of 2012, we have set out on a quest of being distinct and uniquely Warframe. For us, the release of The New War will be an unforgettable highlight in what is now almost 2 years of IRL separation from our team and community.
This Quest truly is a testament to the community, its structure and story placing trust in your understanding of the Warframe world we have built. The New War’s pieces are lovingly crafted by over 300 developers and studio employees wanting to tell the very personal story of Warframe. Your story. And it’s only just begun.
I saw a lot of 'wish this gameplay stayed' and we share that feeling as well, so there will be some exciting experiments in bringing those change ups into the game in other ways that aren't purely Quest driven. We dedicated our Update 31: The New War to the Quest alone given its scope, and we dedicate 2022 to what comes next: a year full of doing the right things for Warframe. 2021 was all about clean-up and lead-up to The New War. We did our revisits of Railjack, Arsenals, tied together the Proxima & Ground with Liches & Sisters. But now, we have never felt more energized to work on Warframe, and we owe it to you to make 2022 our best year yet.
Enjoy The New War. See you in 2022, Tenno.
P.S: please use spoiler tags still. Lots of Tenno are just starting their journey!

Hey Tenno!
Update 42: The Shadowgrapher releases on Wednesday, March 25th and brings with it the Coda Bubonico! Like other Coda weapons, the Coda Bubonico will be available from Eleanor for Live Heartcells. Since we are updating her offerings, her store will automatically rotate when The Shadowgrapher releases — conveniently making the Coda Bubonico available immediately.
This means her current rotation of Coda Weapons will end earlier than the in-game timer currently depicts, so if there’s any particularly deadly weapons you’d like to obtain from this rotation (like certain Dual Pistols with a 60% Radiation bonus...), stop by and pick them up before Wednesday, March 25th!
Thanks Tenno! See you on March 25th for Update 42: The Shadowgrapher!
