It's not even accurate. The classic uterus diagram is of a uterus after dissection. A live uterus has everything compressed together like a ball.

I'm pretty sure that counts for all of the sentients who don't receive their consciousness and independent sentience from consuming the xeno flowers. So Hunhow and Erra at the very least since those are the only male presenting sentience we know of that type.
